Resume:
YANG Xuhai was born in Weinan, Shaanxi, China, in 1972. He received the B.S. degree in applied physics from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree in astrometry and celestial mechanics from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2003.
Since 2007, he has served as the Director of the Orbit and Time Transfer Department, National Time Service Center, Chinese Academic of Sciences, Xi’an, China. He has authored over two books, 50 papers, and holds several patents. His research interests include high-precision time transfer, orbit measurements, and orbit determination.

Direction:
1. Two-way satellite and time frequency transfer(TWSTFT), and Obit determination by two-way tracking (ODTT);
2. BDS/GNSS/LEO satellite orbit determination and time transfer;
3. VLBI time transfer, study of UT1 and other EOP parameter, interferometric time measurement;
4. SLR and its application.
