Resume:
ZOU Decai, male, born in June 1979, Ph.D., researcher, doctoral supervisor, deputy director of navigation and Communication Research Office. His research interests include PNT system, satellite navigation and autonomous cooperative positioning. He is mainly engaged in the research work of navigation theory, technology and method, and has achieved relatively rich research results. He has made contributions in the research of PNT system, satellite navigation technology and method, radio navigation and positioning technology and so on. Won a number of provincial and ministerial level, hospital level awards; He has published more than 30 papers in scientific journals such as Science in China, including 16 papers as the first author and 15 papers indexed by SCI\EI. Applied for 6 invention patents; He has participated in many influential international and domestic academic conferences. He also holds the post of "post professor" in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, mainly teaching satellite navigation courses. He was the first member of youth Innovation Promotion Association of Chinese Academy of Sciences and served as the vice president of Shaanxi Branch. Member of the 4th Youth Federation of Chinese Academy of Sciences; Member of Chinese Astronomical Society.

Research interests mainly include satellite navigation, PNT space-time information intelligent sensing technology, satellite ad hoc network and network link high-precision time synchronization technology, cooperative positioning between network nodes, OFDM-UWB indoor precision navigation and positioning, etc.

Commitment to research the situation:
1. An OFDM-UWB integrated signal receiving and synchronization algorithm is proposed;
2. High precision time synchronization and autonomous cooperative positioning among satellite nodes in the self-organizing network are realized;
3. The communication satellite-based integrated demonstration and verification system is constructed.
