HE Chengyan is an associate researcher and postgraduate tutor at National Time Service Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She obtained a Ph.D. degree at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013. She is also a member of the Communist Party of China. In 2020, she won the honorary title of “Shaanxi Provincial Youth Science and Technology New Star”. She is also the Member of Youth Innovation Promotion Association" of Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2016, she visited and studied at the York University as a Senior Visiting Scholar. She won the "Annual Best Paper Award", the "Annual Outstanding Paper Award", and the "Youth Outstanding Paper Award" for the three consecutive years at the China Satellite Navigation Conference. In addition, she had won many honors and awards from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, such as the "Dean's Excellence Award", the "Zhu Liyuehua Outstanding Doctoral Scholarship", the "Three Good Student Models", the "Outstanding Graduates", "Three Good Students", etc. Has presided nearly 10 national major projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key Laboratory Funds, Chinese Academy of Sciences projects, and horizontal projects. She had published 1 monograph and nearly 30 academic papers, including more than 15 SCI/EI indexed papers. She also applied for more than 10 invention patents, and more than 20 software copyrights.
